We envision creating a global awareness of the vital and complex inter-relationship between human health, the built environment and planetary ecology. Through this online learning center, our two thousand alumni, and our educational outreach programs, we are working every day to make that awareness a living vibrant worldwide village of wisdom and wellness.

Our vision arises from The Precautionary Principle: When an activity raises threats to human health or the natural or built environment, precautionary measures should be taken (even in cases where certain cause-and-effect relationships are not fully established scientifically).
